These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, operated by Senseer ("Senseer", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

About this site

The site presents information about Senseer, our sensors, and our software platform, and lets you request a demo, request product datasheets, contact us, and apply for open positions. The site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a commitment to supply, or a binding specification.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful, professional purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or interfere with its operation or security measures, except through our published responsible disclosure channel.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the site, including by automated means.
• Submit forms with false or misleading information, or impersonate another person or organization.
• Submit personal information about another person without their authority.
• Upload files that contain malicious code or that you do not have the right to share.

Forms and submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We may decline to respond to any enquiry at our discretion. Submitting a job application does not create any obligation on Senseer to interview, hire, or respond, and nothing on the careers pages is an offer of employment. Our handling of personal information in submissions is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, images, video, design, and software, are owned by Senseer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Senseer names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Senseer. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and print content for your internal professional evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written consent.

Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, imagery, and performance figures on this site are for general information, may reflect configurations under development, and are subject to change without notice. Any purchase, evaluation, or deployment of Senseer products is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Senseer and the customer.

Export control and regulated products

Senseer products may be defense or dual-use items subject to export control laws, including Israeli defense export control legislation and other applicable regimes. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, license, or authorization to export, transfer, or use controlled items. Product availability is subject to applicable law and to the receipt of all required governmental approvals.

Analytics and cookies

We measure how this site is used. Some of that measurement is done by us, on our own infrastructure, in a form that cannot identify you and that stores nothing on your device. The rest — Google Analytics — runs only if you accept analytics cookies, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

You agree not to interfere with these measurements by submitting falsified traffic, automated requests disguised as human visits, or forged referrer or campaign data.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senseer and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed 100 US dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Senseer harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

Changes to the site and these Terms

We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site or these Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Senseer regarding use of the site.
